Next steps to saving money with
Axis Business Landline or Broadband services

	We’ll process your application, cancel your existing service with your current service provider and send out your welcome pack
	You may receive a letter from your current service provider confirming your transfer and registration with Axis Telecom.
	You’ll receive a letter from Axis Telecom informing you of the service start date. You will receive a modem and full set up instructions for broadband.

Once you have completed your application it will take up to three weeks to move across to Axis Telecom. This gives us time to process your application, confirm your details and cancel your existing service. We will try to make the transfer happen as fast as possible and we will keep you updated with what’s going on.

You can be assured that during this time your phone and/or internet service will be unaffected.

Remember, nothing changes with your phone service, you simply dial your number as normal and everything else is done automatically. You will still receive one bill and all of your existing services will remain the same.

If you ever have a fault on your line, you would simply contact us and a BT engineer would be dispatched out to your premises as normal.

In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or technical difficulties with your broadband service all you need to do is contact Axis Telecom’s technical support team on 0844 875 1942.
