Next steps to sign up for
Axis business mobile phone plans

We’ll process your application and if you are porting your number we'll cancel your existing service.
You will receive a letter from your current service provider confirming your registration with Axis Telecom.
We’ll despatch your SIM card or equipment with full set up instructions so that you can start using our service immediately.

Once you have completed your application it will take up to three weeks to move across to Axis Telecom. This gives us time to process your application, confirm your details and cancel any existing service. We will try to make the transfer period happen as fast as possible and we will keep you updated with what’s going on.

You can be assured that during this time your mobile service will be unaffected.

Along with the savings that you will receive you can be reassured that customer satisfaction is of our primary concern, therefore if you ever experience a fault or encounter a problem, all you need to do is contact our helpful customer service team who will be happy to help.

*Minimum contract of 18 months. Mobile caps apply at all times subject to a set up fee of 11.75p per call and subject to network. Mobile caps subject to fair usage. International calls subject to destination are capped at £1.00 per hour. Where call caps apply, you will be charged a pence per minute rate if you exceed the 60 minute threshold. All calls are subject to a set up fee of 7.75p excluding mobiles. Calls are charged per minute. The charge periods for all rates are: Peak: 6am-6pm and Off Peak is all other times. 8 Meg broadband is subject to LLU network availability. If your line is a featureline, BT standard rental applies, call costs will be at our standard Option 2 rates. Charges apply on a per line basis. These prices exclude VAT.
