instructions so that you can access the internet. |
Once you have completed your application, it will take up to three weeks to move across to us. This gives us the time to process
your application, confirm your details and transfer any existing service. We will try to make the transfer period happen as fast as
possible and we’ll keep you updated with what’s going on.
You can be assured that during this time your internet service will be unaffected.
In the unlikely event that you may experience a fault or technical difficulties all you need to do is contact Axis Telecom’s
technical support team.
