Next steps to receiving your Axis Telecom Home Phone service

We’ll process your application and cancel your existing service with your current service provider. |

You will receive a letter from your current service provider confirming your registration with Axis Telecom. |

You’ll receive a letter from Axis Telecom informing you of the date
your service will start. |
Once you have completed your application it will take up to three weeks to
move across to Axis Telecom. This gives us time to process your application,
confirm your details and cancel your existing service. We will try to make
the transfer happen as fast as possible and we will keep you updated with
what’s going on.
You can be assured that during this time your phone service will be unaffected.
Remember, nothing changes, you simply dial your number as normal and everything else is done automatically. You will still receive one bill and all of your existing services will
remain the same.
If you ever have a fault on your line, you would simply contact us and a BT engineer would be dispatched out to your premises as normal.
You can rest assured that with Axis Telecom we guarantee to save you money. Our commitment to you is that if another service provider approaches you with a cheaper price,
we’ll not only match it we’ll beat it.
