Axis Telecom wishes to appoint several enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking people to ensure that it continues to meet and exceed the targets achieved to date.
As a Axis Telecom Business Development Manager you would be expected to generate you’re own appointments from the company’s database and visit potential new customers at their premises. You will spend a short time with each potential new customer explaining the company services and benefits, in particular drawing attention to the huge savings available to customers who decide to switch to Axis Telecom, as well as answer any questions customers may have. |

We require enthusiastic, hard working, individuals. Previous sales experience is an advantage, however people with no previous sales experience should also apply, as full and ongoing training will be provided. Customer Service Positions
| Customer Service Advisors |
| Salary: |
£12k - £14k + bonus + pay review every year. |

Based at our Head Office, Kingston Upon Hull, East Yorkshire |
| TheRole: |
As the first point of contact for all Axis Telecom customers we require confident and empathetic individuals to join our customer services department. As a predominantly inbound department your role will be to resolve a range of customer enquires including billing queries, fault diagnostics and broadband issues. Some outbound calls will be made when necessary, primarily providing fault updates and courtesy calls. In addition you will liaise with wholesale suppliers for fault resolutions and engineer appointments. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop your skills. |
| Requirements: |
To be considered for this position, applicants should ideally have experience working in customer service roles. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organisation skills and capability to multi task are also necessary. Full training in all areas is provided. |

| TheRole: |
As a credit controller you will join a team of people making outgoing phone calls to customers. Key duties will include; chasing payment by telephone and correspondence; resolving customer invoice queries; and ensuring the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debt, credit cards, cash payments and BACS. |
| Requirements: |
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in a credit control position. Applicants who have gained experience within sales environments, customer services and customer retentions are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals with strong organisation and multi tasking skills will thrive in this role. Full training on use of our database systems will be provided as well as an introduction to objection handling relating to payment issues. |

| TheRole: |
We are seeking enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join our expanding retentions department. The role involves contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. This role offers excellent variety in the range of issues that advisors will need to discuss and full training on these will be provided. |
| Requirements: |
Direct experience in a customer retentions or sales role is not necessary, but advantageous. Applicants who have gained experience within a call centre, customer services or telecoms background are also welcome to apply. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills, strong organisation and multi tasking skills and a customer focused attitude. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals will thrive in this role. |
